These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LoccoBarber. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoccoBarber, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use LoccoBarber on behalf of a shop or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

About LoccoBarber

LoccoBarber helps customers discover barbershops, view shop profiles, book appointments, and—where available—pay online. Shop owners and barbers use LoccoBarber to manage business profiles, services, staff, bookings, and related shop operations.

LoccoBarber provides a platform and tools. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shops and barbers—not LoccoBarber—provide the underlying grooming services.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Bookings and Shop Services

When you book an appointment through LoccoBarber, you enter into a service relationship with the shop or barber providing that appointment. LoccoBarber facilitates booking and communication but does not perform grooming services.

Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, availability, staff information, and fulfillment of appointments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for attending or canceling appointments in accordance with the shop’s policies.

Payments

Where online payments are available, payments may be processed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. LoccoBarber does not store full payment card numbers.

Subscription, billing, and payment terms for shop plans or customer payments may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout or in the app. Failed or disputed payments may affect access to paid features.

Shop Owner Responsibilities

Shop owners and authorized managers are responsible for the content they publish, including services, pricing, photos, branding, staff listings, and availability.

Shops must comply with applicable laws, maintain appropriate licenses and permissions where required, treat customers fairly, and honor bookings they accept through the Service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for showing up on time, canceling or rescheduling appropriately, and providing accurate contact and booking information.

Customers should review shop policies, service descriptions, and pricing before booking. Disputes about service quality should generally be addressed directly with the shop.

Prohibited Use

You may not use LoccoBarber unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others or the Service. Prohibited conduct includes impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, scraping or reverse engineering where not permitted, uploading infringing or harmful content, and interfering with platform security or operation.

We may investigate and take action—including suspending or terminating access—for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Features may vary by plan, device, or region.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. LoccoBarber is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services performed by independent shops or barbers.

LoccoBarber does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoccoBarber and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoccoBarber’s total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid LoccoBarber in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
