Shop owners and barbers use LoccoBarber to manage their business profiles, services, staff, bookings, and related operations.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the LoccoBarber mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

Appointment history and related booking activity may be stored so you and the relevant shop can manage bookings through the Service.
Shop and Business Profile Information
Shop owners, independent barbers, and authorized staff may provide business profile information, including shop name, location, contact details, services, prices, availability, staff information, and other details shown on public or customer-facing shop profiles.
This information helps customers discover shops and book appointments through LoccoBarber.
Uploaded Images and Media
Shops and barbers may upload branding images, logos, cover images, gallery photos, and other media related to their business profile.
You should only upload content you have the right to use. Public shop profile content may be visible to customers using the Service.
Payment Processing
Where online payments are available, payments are processed through Stripe. LoccoBarber does not store full payment card numbers.
Stripe may collect payment method and billing information according to its own privacy practices. We may receive limited payment-related information—such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and subscription or billing metadata—needed to provide the Service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; facilitate bookings and shop operations; process payments where available; communicate with you about your account or the Service; help prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the Service is used and to improve features and reliability.
Sharing of Information
We share information with shops when needed to fulfill bookings and appointments you request. For example, when you book with a shop, relevant booking details may be shared with that shop.
